Imperial Homes of Naples LLC, one of Southwest Florida's most experienced and universally respected luxury home builders, has just revealed its community of Peninsula Treviso Bay is about to be sold out.
According to Jim Berk, the community's Director of Sales, the single-family enclave, which originally had 55 homesites to sell, has only two remaining.

Two of those floor plans have been designated to become 'quick delivery homes. According to Berk, a quick delivery home is a spec home that may be purchased at any time during its construction. Depending on timing and how far along the construction phase is, the buyer would be able to make all finish selections remaining that have not been committed.
"We chose two of our most popular floor plans as quick delivery homes," stated Berk. "Both of them are scheduled to be completed by late 2022."
Those floor plans include the Burano and the Caprina.
The Burano is a four-bedroom/four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,515 square feet under air and 5,035 total square feet, including three-car garage and outdoor living area.
The Caprina is a four-bedroom plus study/four-and-a-half-bath home with 3,770 square feet under air and 5,180 total square feet including a three-car garage.
Six additional floor plans are also available at Peninsula Treviso Bay.
The Abaco is a four-bedroom plus optional study/three-and-a-half-bath plan with 3,196 square feet under air and 4,642 total square feet, including three-car garage and outdoor living area.
The Domenica is a two-story, four-bedroom plus study and club room/four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,544 square feet under air and 6,409 total square feet, including three-car garage.
The Elisabella is a two-story, four-bedroom plus club room/ four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,687 square feet under air and 6,683 total square feet, including three-car garage.
The Abaco, Caprina and Domenica have optional floor plans to consider.
Prices for a home and homesite at Peninsula range from $2.3 to $3.3 million.
Imperial Homes of Naples currently has one completed model available for touring in Peninsula Treviso Bay.
The Domenica II is a two-story, four-bedroom plus den plus bonus room/four full-bath/two half-bath home with 4,157 square feet under air and 6,329 total square feet. The Domenica II sold just two days after being furnished but is available to tour through November.
For those unfamiliar with Peninsula, its name represents exactly what it is, a neighborhood surrounded by water on all sides. But it doesn't stop there.
